With Felita Delfina Fong's 2023–2024 term, the presidency left Bandung for the first time. Felita, from BINUS Senayan, became the first general president from a Jakarta campus — the moment MCB became a truly multi-campus club.

The Malang expansion begun under Indra's board also took hold this term, with the region's first full leadership in place — Felita's term is remembered as when the Jakarta and Malang expansion actually took hold, reaching students who hadn't previously known MCB existed on their campus.

This term also opened MCB's first official collaborations with campus UKMs — including photography clubs and the fashion major — and its first official brand collaboration, with Emina.

The term's full records — board, events, photographs — are still being gathered into this chapter. Registrations grew sharply under her board, more than doubling from the club's earliest years.
